2AM News: the week in review Sept.25-Oct.1

The big story of the week continues to be the successful lawsuit by SAF and the NRA to stop the gun seizures in New Orleans, with the Federal judge ordering the seized weapons to be returned. Lots of good self defense stories, from Colorado, Illinois, New Mexico, Texas, Indiana, Washington, California, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Florida, New Hampshire, Alabama, North Carolina ... and, from South Africa, the Phillipines and Kashmir!

In other news this week ... Gov. 'Terminator' would disarm the militia ... but in Canada, critics agree the gun registry is useless and compliance is 'virtually nil'.
