In legislative news, 'Stand your ground' legislation passes in Georgia and Tennessee, but is shot down in New Hampshire (which I reckon has changed the state motto to the 'retreat or die' state). In Hawaii, Stand Your Ground never even got a hearing ( Like sheep to slaughter) Stand your Ground becomes law in Indiana, as their governor signs the bill, and in Kansas the governor's veto is overidden by the Senate.

Commentaries this week on the New Orleans gov't thugs admission that they did indeed seize citizens' guns during Katrina, and, a poignant commentary from a father whose daughter was murdered ('Torn on concealed carry). In actions this week, join in the fun with the 2nd annual TCF Combat Rifle Postal Match (your targets are due April 29) and download the updated version of the Patriot Act game (which now includes updates on GITMO, NSA wiretaps, and the renewal of the Patriot Act.) And don't forget the St. Gabriel Possenti Society's action 'Stop Church Gun Grabbers' this is an excellent and easy action for all church going gunnies.
