2AM News: The week in review Feb.26-Mar 4

Good legislative news from Kentucky, Indiana and Georgia, where 'stand your ground' bills advance in the legislature; bad news from the Old Dominion state, as Virginia legislators decide their constituents have a 'duty to retreat'. The 'most idiotic' award this week is divided between the Glendale City council which may follow Los Angeles County's lead by outlawing gun sales on municipal property, and The International News Safety Institute, which is urging journalists IN IRAQ to 'resist the call to carry arms'.
