Dummies of the week award to clueless raffle winners in South Carolina who turn down the AK-47 prize (hey, I'm in SC, they could give it to me!), and a court in Missouri hears a gun permit case for a guy denied a permit because he was once evaluated at a mental health facility (evaluated and with no finding of mental illness) ... and while not so dumb Iraqis keep their Kalashnikovs handy and buy more weapons for protection.
